Project Overview
GETMED needed a structured system to manage incident reporting and whistleblowing cases across teams while ensuring compliance, traceability, and fast response.
I designed a Slack-first automation system that connects reporting, investigation, and tracking into a single workflow.
The system enables real-time reporting, structured investigation workflows, and centralized compliance tracking — all without manual coordination.
The Problem
GETMED are facing some challenges in the following aspects;
- Reporting was inconsistent and manual
- No centralized tracking system
- Investigations were not structured
- Limited visibility across teams

A fully integrated system combining:
