FUB Aide Bilingue – CRM Setup, Action Plans & Automation

A real estate professional in Montréal wanted a bilingual Follow Up Boss setup to streamline lead follow-up and ensure every contact receives the right communication in English or French.

I guided the client from strategy to execution

Discovery & Intake:

Gathered client goals, lead sources, language needs (EN/FR), existing tags, and workflow gaps.

Drafted and refined all templates in both English and French, with proper FUB placeholders.

Created buyer, seller, evaluation, wrong-number, and long-term nurture sequences.

Built rules to auto-update stages, add tags, and trigger nurture plans.

Designed a clean bilingual HTML signature with clickable contact links and social icons.
