For this client, I worked on two major phases of automation within their GoHighLevel environment. The first phase focused on streamlining lead handling and contract signing workflows, while the second phase involved building a SaaS funnel with Stripe integration, 7-day trial setup, and onboarding automations. Together, these solutions helped the client simplify operations, improve lead engagement, and create a scalable SaaS model.

Built a two-step funnel (popup form + Stripe checkout). Users select a plan (monthly/yearly), add card details, and activate a 7-day free trial.

Stripe & SaaS Configurator Integration

Imported Stripe products into the sub-account and connected them to SaaS Configurator for automatic sub-account creation after purchase.

Onboarding Email Sequence

Created a 7-day onboarding sequence triggered after account creation, guiding users through setup, features, and support.
