GETMED needed a structured and scalable way to onboard new employees while maintaining high standards of training, compliance, and operational consistency.
I designed and built a fully automated onboarding system within Slack that guides employees through training modules, evaluates their understanding using AI, and tracks their progress from start to completion.
The Problem
GETMED are facing some challenges in the following aspects;
